Delivering superior asset management services to affluent individuals.

Asset & Wealth Management

We offer a full array of wealth management services, including comprehensive financial and estate planning, tax advice, business continuation counseling, and administrative services. The integration of these services forms the basis for a complete wealth management plan.

We take an active approach to managing investments and we believe superior long-term returns can be achieved through a disciplined, growth-oriented equity investment strategy.

Rigorous fundamental research, coupled with skillful technical analysis, provides the foundation of our equity portfolio management. Our fixed income approach emphasizes stability of income, high quality and low turnover. We manage risk primarily through diversification and selective security hedging techniques.

Our services are distinguished from other firms by our development and implementation of a personal investment policy statement and customization of a separately managed portfolio of securities to meet client objectives.

To allow us to concentrate exclusively on our areas of expertise in wealth management, we outsource certain administrative and custodial services. Additionally, we work closely with your attorneys and accountants to ensure that we design and implement a thorough strategy customized to your financial objectives.

Our Clients

We work hard to develop and implement portfolios for clients in each wealth phase with a diversified approach aligned with the client's goals and risk profile. We emphasize a balanced mix of assets to optimize returns while mitigating risk. We actively and expertly monitor and adjust the portfolio to adapt to changing market conditions and the client's evolving needs.

We generally see clients fitting into one of three demographic categories:

Established Wealth

With $500,000 or more in investible assets, our goal is to help clients achieve their financial objectives, protect their wealth, and provide peace of mind throughout their retirement years and beyond. We place a specific emphasis on tax efficiency and estate planning.

Advancing Wealth

Investible assets of $200,000-$500,000 and substantial and growing six-figure annual compensation. With our unique approach, we are confident that our Advancing Wealth clients will appreciate our commitment to one-on-one relationships, as well as a customized financial plan designed to help them achieve their objectives.

Emerging Wealth

We encourage our Emerging Wealth clients to focus on the tax-efficient building of wealth, primarily through retirement accounts.

Your portfolio manager will work closely with you to identify the approach that best suits your objectives and risk tolerance, and we will use Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs) and no-load mutual funds to construct a diversified portfolio of domestic and international stocks and bonds.

In addition, your portfolio manager will assist in developing a sound financial plan and illustrate the power of compound returns, coupled with periodic contributions, in building your personal wealth.

We believe that establishing a personal relationship with your portfolio manager during the formative years of wealth accumulation can provide the essential guidance and understanding for helping you stay on course to achieving your financial goals.

  • Multiple 401(k) accounts

  • Growth and accumulation of financial assets

  • Significant and growing vested stock positions in need of diversification
