PRIVACY POLICY

Covenant Asset Management is committed to safeguarding client information.  This Privacy Policy explains Covenant Asset Management’s collection, use, retention and security of information about you.  Since your privacy is a priority to us, we will not share non-public information about you with third parties without your consent, except as explained in our Privacy Policy described below.

Information We Collect

We collect nonpublic personal information about you in connection with our advisory services. This information can include:

  • Identifying information such as your name, address, email address, telephone number, and date of birth

  • Government‑issued identifiers, such as Social Security number or driver’s license number

  • Financial information, such as account numbers, account balances, transaction history, holdings, income, net worth, investment objectives and risk tolerance

  • Other information you provide to us in questionnaires, account applications, agreements or other forms

How We Collect Your Information

We collect your personal information, for example, when you:

  • Open an account or enter into an advisory agreement with us

  • Provide information about your financial situation, investment objectives, or risk tolerance

  • Make securities transactions or fund an account

  • Communicate with us by phone, mail, email, or through our electronic systems

We may also receive information about you from third parties such as account custodians and other financial institutions where you hold accounts, and with other third parties you have engaged with your consent or as permitted by law.

How We Use And Share Your Information

We use nonpublic personal information about you in order to provide investment advisory and related services, administer your accounts, and comply with legal and regulatory obligations. For these purposes, we may share information as described below:

  • Everyday business purposes. We may share information with nonaffiliated service providers that help us process your transactions, service your accounts and operate our business (such as custodians, brokers, technology providers, auditors, attorneys and other professional advisers), with regulators or other parties as required or permitted by law, or to protect against fraud or unauthorized transactions.

  • No affiliates. We do not have affiliates with whom we share your personal information.

  • No marketing or joint marketing. We do not sell your personal information to anyone, and we do not share your information with nonaffiliated companies so that they can market their products or services to you. We also do not engage in joint marketing arrangements with other financial institutions.

Because we do not share your personal information for marketing or joint marketing purposes and do not have affiliates, there is currently no need for you to “opt out” of sharing any of your information.

How We Protect Your Information

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information from unauthorized access and use, in accordance with Regulation S‑P and other applicable laws. These safeguards include implementing security controls on our systems and devices and limiting access to your information to personnel and service providers who need it to perform their job responsibilities.

We also maintain an incident response program to detect, respond to, and recover from incidents involving unauthorized access to or use of client information, and, where required by law, we will notify you of certain security incidents involving your information.

Former Clients

Even if you are no longer a client of Covenant Asset Management, we will continue to treat your information in accordance with this Privacy Notice and our record‑retention and information‑security policies.

State Law

Depending on where you live, state law may provide you with additional privacy protections or rights with respect to your personal information. We will comply with those laws to the extent they apply to our relationship with you.

Changes to this Notice

We may change this Privacy Notice from time to time. If there are any material changes, we will provide you with an updated privacy notice. If we meet the conditions for the annual notice exception under federal law, we may not provide this notice each year.
